To believe so strongly that you’re doing the right things that you’re able to enjoy your life exactly as it is as you wait for your bundle to arrive.

FREE TRAINING: Struggling to Conceive? 3 Things You’re Missing

Facilitated by Sarah Denio, Fertility Coach and Founder of KindNest

Free 30-minute Virtual Training

Not long ago, I was the one pulling my hair out – tracking my cycle, ovulation, early pregnancy symptoms, and doing anything the internet said might help me conceive this month.

And then I uncovered the missing pieces to the fertility puzzle and everything changed.

I’m now a mom of 2.

For the past 6 years I’ve been helping other women get pregnant.

I love seeing them go from desperation to dream-come-true faster than they would have imagined possible!

If you’re trying to conceive and swimming in the sea of options that might help, I want to share with you 3 things you’re likely missing.

I can almost guarantee it’s not what you think and that’s why I can’t wait to see you at this free training.

You’ll come away with knowledge you can apply immediately to give yourself the best chance of conceiving this month!

Join Me on Zoom

Date: Tuesday, Mar 26, 2024

Time: 12 - 12:30 ET

Though this training is free, pre-registration is required. Reserve your spot!

Transitioning to Motherhood

Transitioning to Motherhood: Navigating the ups and downs from pregnancy through early childhood

Facilitated by Drs. Holly Serrao and Jessica Martin

Cost: $55

This workshop will provide support, information, and resources for pregnant women and mothers of infants or toddlers.

Becoming a mother is beautiful and hard. Pregnant women and new mothers grapple with mixed emotions, challenging thoughts, and changes in their social and work lives. For many, transitioning into motherhood brings with it the excitement and challenges of a changing identity. All of this is normal. There is even a name for the process of transitioning to motherhood - matrescence. However, many women do not feel prepared for or fully supported in the vast changes they undergo as mothers. This workshop will bring together a small group of pregnant women and mothers (both new mothers and those with more than one child) to discuss the complicated transition into motherhood. Group leaders will provide information and resources to support mothers experiencing mental, emotional, social, vocational, and physical changes in the process of becoming a mother and raising a newborn or toddler.
