My family-building dreams started with a lot of disappointment...

When I thought I was going to get pregnant soon after I started trying, and then months began to pass, I went into fix-it mode and began doing everything possible to “give myself the best shot” each month. Won’t hurt, might help, I was willing to try it. What I didn’t understand at the time was how I was getting in my own way with all of those well-intended efforts. What I needed was to understand what was actually happening, and tools and strategies to put that understanding to work in my favor. I eventually got there, but it took a few years and lots of heartache to manifest the family I had dreamed of.

Crazy as it may sound, I would not change a single thing about the path I took to get here! From this experience, I learned the power of energetic alignment and how to use it to create the life of my dreams.

I’m a Certified Inner Alignment Coach and Attuned Reiki Practitioner. I’m passionate about helping people empower themselves to make having the family and life of their dreams feel fun and easy, using simple neuroscience-, energetic- and spiritual-based practices. What I love most is that I get to help people awaken the wisdom and potential that already exists within them but they haven't been taught to tap into.

I founded KindNest in 2018. Having attained a M.S in Industrial & Organizational Psychology from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a B.S. in Psychology at Hartwick College, I have over 20 years business experience in corporate, not-for-profit and entrepreneurial environments. A native of New York, I live in Upstate NY with my husband and 2 young daughters.
