Prenatal Yoga with Janine Murphy

Pregnancy is a wonderful time to begin a yoga practice or to deepen your existing practice. During this period of change, prenatal yoga can help you move your body in a way that feels good, help you relieve aches and pain, dissolve feelings of anxiety and overwhelm, and just feel better overall!

Class will include:

  • stretching and movement to help release the aches of pregnancy and build strength,
  • breathwork and poses to prepare you for labor and childbirth,
  • meditations to deepen your relationship with your baby, and
  • a great way to meet other new moms/moms-to-be!
