BALLSTON LAKE, NY - Sarah Denio announces the celebration of her new empowerment business, KindNest, with a ribbon cutting ceremony hosted by the Saratoga County Chamber of Commerce this Thursday, August 22, at 2 p.m., with an Open House to follow until 4 p.m.
KindNest, at 1 Rosell Drive in Ballston Lake, New York, is strategically located just 1 mile from I-87s exit 10, making it easily accessible from everywhere from Albany to Lake George, Schenectady to Schaghticoke.
KindNest is a hub of empowering resources for women and couples who are pregnant, trying to conceive, or healing after pregnancy loss, as well as overall wellness with classes, workshops and services beneficial to all stages of life.
KindNest, which opened its doors in March of this year, meshes scientific research on the power of the mind-body connection with expertise from various local practitioners, including Denio herself.
"We've got the whole package here; something to suit everyone." Denio says. "It's been truly fascinating. Every single client who applied the practices shared through our coaching has become pregnant within 8 weeks time. Some came in with a history of loss, while others had been trying for quite a while, seeking fertility treatments, et cetera. Seeing them move into their 2nd trimesters and preparing to welcome their little ones now, it's truly an honor. I love sharing these life-altering tools and seeing how KindNest is changing peoples lives!"
KindNest's offerings include classes, workshops and services tailored specifically for pregnancy, fertility, healing after loss and overall wellness, including guided meditation, yoga, childbirth and breastfeeding education, couples connection workshops, Bach flower remedies and nutrition education, as well as individual services such as coaching, craniosacral therapy, massage, and reiki. KindNest also hosts social events, such as meet ups specific to grief and healing, fertility, and parenthood, as well as connections to local resources.
